I bought an autographed Julia Roberts picture with certificate of authenticity in the late 1990’s. It bought as a birthday present, but was given back to me later because the person did not want it anymore. It’s been sitting in storage for about the last ten years. There is some wear and tear on the picture. There is also a smear on the autograph. See pictures below
