Hey everyone, I’m selling my almost new, very rarely used Xbox 360 because I am moving. This is a fantastic deal I’m throwing at you here and I want to thank my buddy John for putting up the eBay auction for all this stuff! Like I said, I’m moving because of a new job and I really don’t want to drag any of this stuff with me and since I actually need some additional money to make the move, get an apartment, BUY FRIGGIN’ GAS, I figured I’d see what I can get for everything.

The games I have are pretty much brand new. What I mean by that is that most of these games have been played LESS than 10 times and the others have NEVER BEEN PLAYED!
I could easily sell these on Craigslist and get near their current market value but I figured an XBox 360 enthusiast would benefit from getting this entire system instead of me parting it out.
Needless to say, I estimate that I easily spent well over $1000 for everything listed here and I guarantee that each item is as I’ve explained on this page but feel free to ask questions and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

Last but not least… I am a fanatic about all my personal stuff. I take care of everything I own almost to a fault. When I pack this stuff up and ship it to you, rest assured that I will go the extra mile and take extra care to insure that there is absolutely no way anything can get damaged. My father happens to work at a place that makes package stuffing so I have more than an ample supply of this stuff and I always use 2 boxes to ship.
I use a large box and pour package stuffing on the bottom. I then place a smaller box with all the well-packaged items inside into the larger box. Then I pour even more package stuffing all around the small box until it overflows.
In other words, everything is completely isolated as best it can be and I’ve never once had an item become damaged during shipping. Did I also mention, that high price I accept also gets FREE SHIPPING? That’s right. None of this $50 for shipping business. This should make it just a little easier for you to shop wisely.

Motivational food
Actor, Jim Carey, is publishing a self-help book about motivation. Apparently he suffered from depression and when Prosac didn’t help, he changed his diet. In particular he ate more vegetables. Then he felt better.
Wow! What a revelation Jim. Imagine that. Eat healthy and feel healthy.
Simple lesson and a good one. Perhaps more people need to listen to their mother - “Eat your vegtables.”

Motivation to go or to stop
Motivation is most often assumed to help us start something or to keep doing something. That type of motivation is important.
However the motivation to stop doing something can often be the more difficult type to muster. Many of us have bad habits that get in the way of starting something important - such as getting healthier, building better relationships or improving our finances. Most of those important changes need to start with us stopping something we have been doing. And that change can require more motivation than starting the new thing.
Give yourself permission to be motivated to stop doing harmful things.

Motivation: “Hello” could be enough
I spoke with an old friend on the phone today. He apologized for not calling me for awhile because as he explained he did not have good news to report.
I chastised him. It was good news to hear his voice. I didn’t care about his investment issues which seemed to consume him for the past two years. I cared about our friendship. I did not judge the quality of our conversations on the level of stress in his life or the return on his investments. I just wanted to connect with an old friend. To say hello, to tell him that I miss him, and I value our friendship.
“Hello” could be enough.

Motivate yourself - three steps
Everyone has down days. That’s normal. What’s not normal is to stay down. How do you motivate youself on those down days? Start by changing your physical position.
Stand up. Look up. Stretch up.
Hold that position for 10 seconds and you will be suprised at the difference in your disposition.
